At Easy Peasy FZE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Your Rights Under UAE Law
As per UAE Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Period: You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
Step 3: Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 5: Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong item
- The product does not match the description on our website
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you via email.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Bank Processing: Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Important: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by Easy Peasy FZE
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us immediately
9. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
